Ingredients
  

  • 4 tsp cinnamon sticks
  • 4 tsp dried thyme
  • 4 cups water
  • Sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Add water to a saucepan, cover and bring to boil.
  • Remove the pan from heat, add herbs and cover.
  • Let it steep for 15 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into a jar.
  • Sweeten it with a small amount of your choice of sweetener.
  • Serve.
  • You can also store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
