  • 4 cups water

  • Remove the pan from heat, add herbs and cover
  • Let it steep for 15 minutes.3.Strain the tea into a jar
  • Sweeten it with a small amount of your choice of sweetener Serve
  • You can also store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
