CINNAMON PUMPKIN JUICE

You've likely heard of apple cider, but have you ever tried cinnamon pumpkin juice? It's a scrumptious, nutritious beverage perfect for the fall season.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Cups of pumpkin deseeded
  • 2 apples
  • a dash cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Wash apple and pumpkin (can be substituted with squash)
  • Peel pumpkin, deseed it, and cut into chunks
  • Cut apple in halves
  • Juice all ingredients with your Ventray Masticating Juicer
  • Spinkle cinnamon on top of juice
